Oliver Gross teaches at the University of Bielefeld and at the German Sports University in Cologne. He has devoted about 20,000 hours to the theory and practice of Wing Tsun. Another 10,000 hours he has dealt with various other martial arts such as Escrima, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate Tae-Kwon-Do, Savate, Muay Thai, and, at the Beijing University of Physical Education, with Wushu, Qigong, Chen Taiji and the Drunken Style.
