Modell Design LLC's new "Fido" chopper blade is a drop point style with a guppy belly. These swords are real weapons and very dangerous.

Why should you buy swords named Fido? Blame the name on Modell Design, it just struck them that this blade would sink its teeth into something. Seriously, 8 mm D2 is a lot of steel to make into a sword, and this is custom quality German steel.

For those of you with chopper lineages, although the balance point measures out as normal somehow these just feel more like a chopper with weight biased further down the blade. For those of you who do not want a chopper, we recommend you pass on these because of that feel.
