The Aikido martial arts is a very effective for the defense, but to do so we must practise a short, forceful and effective. Why forty movements when just one? Apart from a waste of time, we are prolonging our vulnerability and allow our adversary restore balance to strike again. Prepare yourselves for any situation, any reaction of the adversary, entrained with toughness, not with force, and without fear of pain.
With this approach, Alfonso Longueira, 8 th Dan Aikido presents his new job: grabbing, attacks legs, fist, randori kicking movements and old, many of them not included in the agenda Aikido present, but in the method Longueira Ryu.
