In this project, he shows us how strangulations must be preceded by strikes and takedowns with the hip or with the leg to position ourselves advantageously, standing and on the ground, the takedowns through collar grips that once on the ground can become the grip in a strangulation technique, the combinations of holds and armlocks simultaneous to strangulation, the "hanged strangulation", the "crucifix turn with the neck" and the feared "scissors of death".
