In this follow up work of his previous video, Jose Luis Montes elaborates the International Protocol for Police Koubdo, based on cane and tonfa techniques that have been adapted for police work in which hitting is a second option and control and detention are a priority. The following protocol seeks to unify the international techniques that officers should use when they apply the law, they respect the international regulation of the United Nations for policemen on peace missions and they refer to the Universal declaration of Human Rights, as well as the Convention against any form of torture or degrading treatment.
We will learn how to use both the cane and the police tonfa, proper gripping techniques, how much pressure we should apply, self defence with the , chokes, you will learn how to handcuff, self defence techniques, how to control a fight and passive resistances under different circumstances.
