Under Kisshomaru Ueshiba's guidance, founder Morihei Ueshiba's son and heir, the Aikido spread throughout the world. He ran for decades the legendary Aikikai in Tokyo, a referral center in the world of his father's art. It was there where in 1987 he welcomed our collaborator Salvador Herraiz to answer questions on philosophy, history, the Art of Aikido and other Japanese Martial Arts as well as about the Founder.
This historical document is completed by images of lessons and technique demonstrations performed during that meeting by Waka Sensei and Moriteru Ueshiba, Kishomaru's son and current Aikido leader in the world.
