The Lan Do Chen Siue Pay (Lazy School) method began more than 2000 years ago in North Korea. It belongs to the group of Inner styles and thus its objective is to activate and to develop the practitioner's psychic and physical potential to the maximum, so that he creates his own "individual school" and in this way can follow his own path in life.

This method is based on combat with the opponent, and therefore it doesn't teach any concrete combat techniques, on the contrary it gives the practitioner the opportunity to prove himself in extreme situations that provoke his reaction.

This video presents Yanis Vilella, 6 Dan in Lan Do Chen Siue Pay and a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and with him we study: combat as a method of training, combat which limits the extremities, extreme and special combat, combats with closed eyes as well as the kata of this peculiar school.

We also witness a demonstration of the Dzyssen-Do system (the path to Real Combat), that is a sports version resulting from a mixture with external schools (Judo, Jujitsu and Boxing) and that is integrated in the World Federation of Kobudo.
