This is an amazing piece of training equipment! With it you can do energy/sensitivity drills, trapping hand drills, bridging drills and sliding leverage strikes while hitting a wall-bag of your choosing. Proper energy during the drills keep the arms in place. The holes in the cross mounting arms are exactly sixteen inches apart, for mounting on the sixteen inch centered wall studs. Mounting holes are pre-drilled, but mounting hardware is up to the purchaser.

Please note all the arms come straight out - they are not angled at all.

IMPORTANT NOTES: This unit comes standard with one arm and WITHOUT A BAG. If you need a bag, all of our standard one-section wall bags work with this unit (as pictured - they are sold separately since many of you already have bags and it keeps the unit cost down). Please remember this unit only ships via the post office. Any special shipping method you pick at checkout will only apply to the other items in your order. Also, for customers outside the USA - we can ship the bag from the warehouse to the carpenter and then the carpenter will include it on the device. That will save you $30-$40 in international shipping... but we need to do it manually, so email us if you want to do this.
