What are my payment choices?
 
Our current payment options are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or PayPal Express. Please note that to use PayPal you must hit the PayPal button on the shopping cart page, the option is not available on the checkout page due to the way PayPal express works and pre-fills your information.

We accept money orders and certified checks in US dollars for orders placed by mail. You must contact us before placing a mail order so that we can hold the items for you, give you the correct total, give you the correct mailing address, and so we can look for the check to arrive. Non-US issued checks cost $8 USD to cash. This must be added onto the total.

We accept wires for large orders over $2000. The wire fee is $10 USD. All payments must be made in USD. We do not accept foreign currency at this time. Buick Yip also accepts wires to pay for his wooden dummies and offers a 4% discount for this. Contact us for details.

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
 
Usually, you do not. Currently, you only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as we are. If your state requires you to claim the purchase and pay them tax, then you will have to do that on your own. International customers may have to pay an import tax. This would be handled by your customs and the shipping company. We do not collect tax for customs fees.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
 
Click the My Account link at the top right-hand side of our site (or in the mobile menu if you are on a mobile device) to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
 
Your credit card will be charged when you submit your information. We charge all cards right away then delete the card data. This way your credit card information is not sitting on any servers. Our servers are secure and checked daily, but we like to be extra safe.
