How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free Shipping?
 
Everything Wing Chun offers shipping rates three ways: LIVE rates pulled from FedEx, UPS and USPS (the Post Office). FLAT rates for certain items (dummies, poles, etc) and FIXED rates (one rate no matter how much you order). Which one you see depends on your location, what you are ordering, and if we are offering FIXED rate specials at the time.

Shipping is automatically calculated on the shopping cart page. Simply add items to your cart and enter your complete shipping information for a quote. You will be offered the current shipping methods and their prices.

Please note that EWC would love to offer you free/reduced shipping, but we'd have to raise our prices to do so. We elect not to play games with shipping or prices - the prices are the lowest we can offer and the live shipping rates are our actual cost. We know shipping can be expensive, but we simply don't have the margins to offer free shipping rates.
What are my shipping options?
 
For a full list of services and prices please use the Shipping Estimator on the shopping cart page. Also, the shipping notes on the shopping cart page usually contain the most up-to-date info on shipping. Please check there after adding an item to your cart.

We currently ship via FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service.

For USPS orders we recommend Priority Mail for orders up to $250.
Anything over $250 MUST go Express mail or via FedEx due to the need for tracking and full insurance on the package.
We reserve the right to place orders (that will fit) into USPS flat rate boxes to save on shipping costs.

If you want tracking and insurance you MUST choose UPS or FedEx shipping. USPS packages come with delivery confirmation only.
When will my order ship?
 
Most orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time ship out the same day. Order placed after 2pm ship out the next shipping day.

Shipping days are Monday-Friday. We currently do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, US Holidays, and/or days in which the Postal Service or UPS/FedEx are closed.

Drop-shipped and non-standard orders ship out depending on the manufacturer's schedules. See the product details for shipping info on these items.
